Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male athletes who participated in competition at district level with minimum two years of training. Athlete within the age group of 18-30 years will be included in study. No history of lower extremity injuries within the last year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sports person who smokes, is an alcoholic and uses ergogenic aids athlete suffered an injury in last 01 year athlete suffered from chronic disease such as cardiovascular disease
