Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players actively engaging in football (training and competition) for more than 6 hours per week. Competing in Division and college level competitions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of ligament injuries or fractures to the lower limb in the last 6months. History of any cardiopulmonary disorders like asthma among players.
