Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with grade 2-3 according to modified Hoehn and yahr scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient with any recent medical or surgical history which may impair their active participation in the study2)patient with cognitive impairment associated with parkinsons example dementia.3)patient with any visual disturbances which prevent them from ambulating independently.
