Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Hirayama disease by a neurosurgeon based on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI Scan) 2. Patients in the clinical progression phase of Hirayama disease i.e., increasing weakness and muscle wastage in arms with time during past 3 months 3. Willingness to practice yoga 4. 16 years to 45 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the clinically stable phase of Hirayama disease 2. Patients undergoing any other physical or behavioural intervention except cervical collar 3. Patients with other co-morbidities that prevent practice of validated tele-yoga program
