Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: three different groups fulfilling inclusion criteria will be selected . Only ahara will be modified in first group, only vihar will be modified in second group and both ahara and vihar in third group .Effects will be noted every months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: people below 20 and above 50 years of age History of diabetes mellitus , hypertension and any cardiac problem. History of Drug intake which aid in body weight people of BMI pregnant and lactating women patients with endocrinal hormonal imbalance like hypothyroidism people who are not willing to participate in study.
