Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I/II Controlled hypertensive patients with BP Undergoing elective laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Normal airway with duration between laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal by patients. Any comorbitities like Diabetes mellitus,TB,COPD,Cardiac disorder,ejection fraction History of previous cardiac surgery. Diffucult airway,required more than 1 attempt. Insertion of laryngeal mask airway . BMI >30kg/metre2

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess for Global longitudinal strain on 2D Echocardiography.Timepoint: 24 hour before and within 24 hour after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess haemodynamic changes & adverse events if anyTimepoint: Intraoperatively & within 2 hours postoperatively
