Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients = 18 years of age Hospitalized in the ICU at first admission for more than 2 days Patients give consent for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age 65years patient received FFP, CPP, Albumin and any blood product before investigation patient with chronic liver disease Refused to give consent for study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To estimate difference in mortality between patients with low & high Fibrinogen-to albumin ratio (FAR) admitted with sepsis & having Acute kidney injury in intensive care unit Timepoint: blood sample within 24 hour of diagnosis till patient outcome

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To measure correlation between SOFA score & FAR. To measure correlation between APACHE-2 and FAR. Timepoint: blood sample within 24 hour of diagnosis till patient outcome
