Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Competitive soccer players undergoing 6 hours of training per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of strains, sprains and fractures - around hip, knee and ankle, recreational soccer players, soccer players who are not willing to participate in the study
