Inclusion criteria: Children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children whose parents refuse to participate in the study and children with underlying syndromes and primary immunodeficiency.

MeasureTime frame
To be able to predict the risk factors (IL6,CRP,CBC,PCT,RFT,LFT,Blood culture sensitivity) for early detection of bacterial infection in children with febrile neutropenia using the available variables. It will be assessed over a course of 1 week.Timepoint: Assessed at baseline and at the end of 1 week.

MeasureTime frame
To study the delay & dose variations in chemotherapy due to febrile neutropenic episodes. To study the need for reserved antibiotic use.Timepoint: Assessed at baseline & at the end of 1 week
