Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 16 years who present to our department with diagnosis of Oriental Cholangiohepatitis are included in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below age 15 Choledocholithiasis Established secondary biliary cirrhosis at presentation. Patients with Child score B and Child score C
