Inclusion criteria: Patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma in Department of Medical Oncology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance

Based on number of focal lesions & SUV max on PET CT with response assessmentTimepoint: To check at time of recuirtment (baseline) and response at end of 4 months
