Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with benign disease of breast- presenting as breast lump, breast pain or nipple discharge in either of the breast or both breasts Diagnosed cases of Fibroadenosis by USG/USG mammography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with a discrete breast lump that is suspicious of malignancy Skin allergy (particularly over the breast) Open wound Neoplasm Patients did not give consent to participate in the study Who are not willing for follow-up

?To evaluate the general patho- physiology of Stana-granthi in both Ayurveda and Modern sciences. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of local application of Dantyadi Lepa and Swarjika Ksharadi Lepa in Stana granthi with special reference to Fibroadenosis To compare the therapeutic efficacy of both the lepas To standardize both the lepas as per Pharmaceutical and Analytical parametersTimepoint: Total 2 months trials with 4 follow-ups in every 15 days of gap
