Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)This study includes healthy medical students, both genders aged between 18-22 years who will be introduced to Isha Kriya. 2) Students willing to learn the kriya and want to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Students with any chronic medical illness - on treatment. 2) Who are not willing t o participate for the kriya and subjects with any chronic medical illness undergoing treatment. 3) The students who are practicing other types of yogasanas will be excluded.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The effect of Isha Kriya in reducing the stress levels.Timepoint: Once the data collection begins , the baseline parameters are recorded.Later we will collect the physiological parameters at the end of 2nd,4th and 6th week.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Measurements of various physiological parameters to see the general improvement in well-being, health and BMI levels of the medical student.Timepoint: At the end of the 4th and 6th week.
