Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are willing to undergo Varmam therapy and external Sittramutti thailam application and to do laboratory investigations for diagnosis and prognosis whenever needed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known traumatic, inflammatory and neoplastic pathology of the facial nerve, Bilateral facial paralysis, Concurrent disease of the central or peripheral nervous system like epilepsy.

Documentation of clinical outcomes including improvements and overall recovery among patients receiving Varmam therapy and Sittramutti thailam external aplication for Bells palsy. Expecting this treatment protocol may be more effective in resolving symptoms in Bells palsy than standard operative procedure followed in NIS.Timepoint: 1 year
