Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of no more than one stroke;2. Ability to selectively actively extend at least 10 degrees at the metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints and 20 degrees at the wrist;3. Stroke experienced more than 12 months before study enrollment, and upto 10 years.4. A score of 69 on the Modified Mini-Mental Status Examination.5.Age greater than 18 years and less than 60 years; and 6. More affected arm nonuse, defined as a score of less than 2.5 on the Motor Activity Log scale.7. Patient with mobile & internet.8. Males or females.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive spasticity, de-fined as a score of 3 or more on the Modified Ashworth Spasticity Scale; 2. Grade III Inferior Shoulder subluxation/ Dislocation of the affected side shoulder; 3. Shoulder Pain > 7/10 on numerical VAS Scale 4. Currently participating in any experimental rehabilitation or drug studies 5. Unilateral neglect 6. Any other recent neurological deficit that affects arm function 7. Major Depression as identified by Major Depression Inventory(https://psychology-tools.com/test/major- depression-inventory)
