Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individuals belonging to age group belonging to 20 to 40 years would be selected from Mumbai residence and are willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants with pre-existing GI disorders or sleep disorders, pregnant women, living outside Mumbai
