Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Histologically proven SCC. 2)Locally advanced head and neck cancer ineligible for curative intent. 3)ECOG 0-3 4)Age 18-75 years 5)written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)radiotherapy to head and neck. 2)pregnant or lactating females. 3)any serious medical condition.
