Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult consenting patient of either sex. BMI less than 30 kg/m2 Mallampati classification I & II ASA- I & II Age- 18 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients’ refusal or inability to give informed consent Patient with neck pathology Anticipated difficult airway Pre-existing cervical spine disease History of gastro-oesophageal reflux or increased risk of Gastric aspiration. Lesion in oral cavity Mouth opening less than 2 cm Loose denture Procedure such as Head & Neck surgery Pregnant females Pre-existing cervical spine disease
