Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult consenting patient of either sex. BMI less than 30 kg/m2 Mallampati classification I & II ASA- I & II Age- 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients’ refusal or inability to give informed consent Patient with neck pathology Anticipated difficult airway Pre-existing cervical spine disease History of gastro-oesophageal reflux or increased risk of Gastric aspiration. Lesion in oral cavity Mouth opening less than 2 cm Loose denture Procedure such as Head & Neck surgery Pregnant females Pre-existing cervical spine disease

1.To compare efficacy of Two Laryngeal Mask Airway Devices in terms of •Number of Attempts taken •Time taken for insertion •Haemodynamic parameters like SBP, DBP, MAP, HR. •Ease of Insertion •Oropharyngeal seal pressure 2.To compare the Safety of the Two Laryngeal Mask Airway Devices in terms of •Blood stain on device •Sore throat •Airway trauma Timepoint: Sore throat will be evaluated immediately following surgery, after 30 minutes, two hours, and then every four hours for eight hours
