Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with first ever Stroke in acute and subacute phase of recovery. Spasticity ranging from (0-2) on modified Ashworth scale. MMSE ranging between 28-30. Patients with VCG of upper limb/hand of atleast grade 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cerebellar or Brain Stem lesions. Patients with presence of a metallic foreign body implant, such as a pacemaker. Patients with history of seizure or another unstable medical condition. Patients with visual impairment. Patients underwent cranial surgery. Hemiplegic shoulder pain. Patients taking Na or Ca2 channel blockers or N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA) receptor antagonists.
