Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post Covid19 hypertension. 2. Elevated blood pressure and who are on Tab Telmisartan 20 mg. 3. Elevated blood pressure and who are on Tab Cilinidipine 10mg. 4. Systolic Blood pressure 140 – 170mmHg. 5. Diastolic blood pressure 90 – 110 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension associated with Target organ damage or any other complications. 2. Hypertension associated with pregnancy. 3. Hypertension associated with uncontrolled DM and its complications 4. Alcohol and drug abuses. 5. Patients on psychiatric treatment. 6. Known case of CA, COPD, Liver Failure, CKD, AKD, Stroke, Severe Anemia, and HIV. 7. Lactating mothers.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We have to control this at its primary stage only & our both the drugs are effective in reducing this type of blood pressure. In this research we have to study the more effective drug in post covid HypertensionTimepoint: Total 30 days 1st, 10th, 20th, 30th.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Observe the effect of Sapagandha ghan vati with and without modern anti hypertensive drugs on post covid patients and any other relevant findings.Timepoint: Total 30 days 1st, 10th, 20th, 30th.
