Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with episode of menstrual migraine for 3 consecutive menstrual cycle based on the (ICHD-3) Appendix 13 diagnostic criteria. Women with Non aura migraine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with any known underlying cardiorespiratory or neurological problem. Women with migraine not related to their menstrual cycle. Women with any another gynecological problem.

VAS SACLE PAIN DISABILITY INDEX Self-made questionnaire.Timepoint: Pre values will be assessed prior to the treatment. After 3 weeks 15 seesions post value wll be taken. And telephonic values after 2 months of continuation of intervention by the patient.
