Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of age 45-60yrs who have attained normal physiological menopause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who have attained menopause with endocrinal diseases like thyroid & D.M. Women who have attained menopause due to surgery. Women having Rheumatoid arthritis & on medication of steroids. Women who have on medication for osteoporosis. Women having history of fracture of spine. Women having habit of Tobacco & alcohol.

This study will help to know the severity of Asthidhatuksaya lakshanas and accordingly it will help either to improve their health or to prevent Asthidhatukshaya by taking suitable measuresTimepoint: at baseline

Secondary

This study will help for knowing who are more prone for fractures & accordingly preventive measures can be takenTimepoint: at baseline
