Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.MBBS students (1st year to final year), Interns, Postgraduates who are studying in the medical colleges will be included. 2. Students who are having regular menstrual cycle (24 – 35 days)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students with any history of mental illness or taking any antipsychotic drugs 2.History of any joint pain, muscle pain/Cramps (Other than menstrual cramps), any other illness where students cannot do exercise 3.Students underwent any surgeries within a year 4.Students who are Athletes or Trained sports person 5.Students in use of any Medications for longer period 6.Any adverse incidents in the family (e.g., death in family) for the period of past 3 months 7.Students who are in any form of Hormonal treatment 8.Pregnancy, neurological disorder, endocrinal disorder etc.,
