Inclusion criteria: Nursing Staff having stress if their perceived stress scale score is greater than or equal to 14

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of psychological Disorders Known case of chronic diseases e.g. asthma, Juvenile diabetes, heart disease, thyroid disease.
