Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients posted for upperlimb surgeries ASA grade 1-2 weight 40-90kgs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients not willing to participate rib fracture , icd for pneumothorax , allergic to local anaesthetics
