Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age = 18 yrs. 2. Histopathology/cytology-proven NSCLC 3. Stage IV disease measured by CECT/PET CT 4. Adequate organ function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consent refusal 2. Patients already on chemotherapy
