Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who are undergoing dialysis utilizing Fresenius 4008s hemodialysis machine. Patient who are undergoing maintenance hemodialysis of at least 4 hours in a single treatment. Patient who are getting dialyzed in outpatient basis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients positive for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. Outpatient maintenance hemodialysis patients getting dialyzed as inpatient or at ICU

Primary

MeasureTime frame
A reduction in alarm frequency during Hemodialysis treatments will lead to improved hemodialysis adequacy as measured by Online Monitoring (OCM) data. Timepoint: The time from beginning of the dialysis to the end of dialysis 4 hours

By the end of the dialysis we can find the effect of alarm in the adequacy of dialysisTimepoint: The time from beginning of the dialysis to the end of the dialysis 4 hours
