Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Subjects of both sexes, ages between 60 to 75 years (ii) The subjects consenting to remain present till the experimental trial is over will be included in this study. (iii) The subjects who are capable of doing yoga will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) The subjects with mobility problem will be excluded from the study. (ii) The subjects with known serious health problem as assessed by medical practitioner will be excluded.
