Inclusion criteria: First time SAH Cerebral vasospasm with clinical cognitive decline and neurological deficits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamic instability Previous history CVA Neurodegenerative diseases Tumors Fractures Deformities Amputations Middle ear barotrauma Chronic otitis media Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Pulmonary blebs Clinical depression impeding rehabilitation compliance
