Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years 2.Patients with unilateral inguinal hernia 3.Patients with bilateral inguinal hernia 4.Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair by Transabdominal Preperitoneal approach only.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Underwent previous laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair 2.Medically unfit for laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair due to high risk from cardiovascular , respiratory illness 3.Laparoscopic extraperitoneal approach
