Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida, BMI >23kg/m2 to 30kg/m2 at the time of conception, Between 11-13 weeks of gestation, Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic hypertension, Uncontrolled Type 1 diabetes , Any cardiorespiratory disorder, Any diagnosed psychiatric disorder, High-order pregnancy (e.g triplets)
