Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18-65 yrs. 2) Both sexes and socioeconomic class. 3) Patient having sign and symptoms of Karnabadhirya mentioned in the classic and modern text having loss between 25db to 60db on pure tone Audiometry scale will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Congenital hearing loss. 2) Conductive and mixed deafness. 3) Patient having perforated tympanic membrane.
