Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Gestational age-37-42 weeks 2)primigravida and multigravida with no complications during antenatal period 3)Established active stage of labor that is 3 or more than 3 cm dilation 4)Single viable fetus with cephalic presentation 5)Participants in the first stage of labor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preterm labor Participants with antenatal maternal or fetal complications like gestational diabetes mellitus gestational hypertension antepartum hemorrhage conceived through ovulation induction treatment in-vitro fertilization Previous history of complicated pregnancy and labor multiple gestation Malpresentation Cephalopelvic disproportion Precipitated labor Women in the 2nd stage of labor. Psychiatric disorders Previous history of using OBG TENS Skin lesions on electrode application sites Participants with a pacemaker Participants contraindicated for using TENS Participants having history of seizures/convulsions
