Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage 1 hypertension according to the classification in the JNC-8 and ACC. 2. SBP in between 140-159 mmHg and DBP 90-99 mmHg. 3. Patients with both sexes. 4. Age group 18-50 years. 5. Giving the written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases were pre-diagnosed in secondary Hypertension. 2. The cases were of Malignant Hypertension. 3. Participants were suffering from isolated systolic hypertension. 4. If the participant suffers from any systemic disorder. 5. Routine investigation revealed of secondary causes such as Diabetes, cardiovascular disease and renal disease. 6. Participant who are on antihypertensive medication, or receiving any other mode of treatment. 7. Patient having a history of alcohol or drug abuse. 8. Patient who are taking contraceptive pills. 9. Pregnant and Lactating women.

We will be used EQ-5D-3L scale assess QOL at 12 weeks interval at both the group.Timepoint: Three Months
