Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of 18 to 25 years. Both males and females. Participants who spent more than 3- 4 hours on social media. Participants having Bergen Social Media Addiction scale score >19. •Score >29 on Social Media Addiction Scale - Student Form (SMA-SF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having history severe mental health issues such as depressive and anxiety symptoms, Any history of psychosomatic disorders, cardiovascular disease and respiratory problem. Practicing any other relaxation technique such as meditation, autogenic training, yoga •Having history any other addiction(substance,alcohol) undertaking any medical treatment that may preclude participation in study
