Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients experienced stroke for the first time Age: Between 20 and 65 years Brunnstrom recovery stage (BRS) = 2 for the upper extremity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complex regional pain syndrome Subluxed shoulder16 Unilateral neglect Contractures or deformities of the upper limb16 MMSE Patients with other neurological/musculoskeletal conditions affecting upper limb function. Patients with recent fractures of upper limb (within 6 months). Apraxia
