Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 years 2.Both male and female 3.Pain on palpation along the proximal Plantar fasciitis 4.VAS score 5 and more 5.Pain that has been present for at least 3 months 6.BMI- Obese class I (30-34.9) and class II (35-39.9)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of lower limb surgery or trauma in lasts 6 months 2.Pregnant women 3.History of systemic disease (Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Systemic lupus erythematous) 4.Use of corticosteroid injection in last 3 months 5.Taken physiotherapy in last 3 months
