Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age of 20 to 60 years irrespective of their gender. 2. Patients with pain, stiffness and localized tenderness at neck region. 3. Patients having restricted movements of neck.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. K/C/O Skin diseases and localized ulceration, Tuberculosis of spine 2.Patients having Diabetic neuropathy 3. Patients with history of injury, fracture, surgery of spine 4. K/C/O Congenital anomalies of spine and Carcinoma of cervical spine.
