Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants training for competitive level of badminton (minimum 3 hours a week) Both right handed and left handed male and female badminton players.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any existing spine or upper extremity pathologies. History of trauma within past 12 weeks. Any existing cardiovascular, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions.
