Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients providing Written informed consent ASA 1 and 2 patients Age between 18 to 45 years AND with Normal coagulation profile Schedule to undergo elective middle ear surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not giving written informed consent ASA status 3 and 4 Abnormal coagulation profile Hemodynamically unstable patients With Hematological and Cardiovascular disorder psychiatric and neurological disorders With history of drug and alcohol abuse Body mass index more than 30 kg per meter square Allergy or contraindication to any study drugs
