Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.MBBS, Students studying at Manipal TATA Medical College Jamshedpur 2.Age group between 18 to 25 years 3.Willing to practice Pranayama.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals suffering from fever, cough, vomiting, or other illness affecting their daily routine. 2.Individuals with a history of daily alcohol intake, tobacco chewing, and smoking. 3.Individuals on any medications like anti-depressants, antipsychotics, and psychotropic drugs 4.Individuals with sleep disturbances and disordersnclusion criteria

| Pranayama can be a simple but useful form to increase focus & mental clarity, which may help one to function optimally on a day-to-day basis. The various types of pranayama may have a differential effect on autonomic function.
