Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Weighing 40-80kg, undergoing intravenous cannulation with 20G or 18G cannula
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to give consent, Local Anaesthetic allergy, Patients requiring more than one attempt for intravenous cannulation
