Inclusion criteria: 1.patients with complaint of painful menses. 2.Having scanty or average menses alongwith symptoms like lower abdominal pain,low backache,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,fainting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patientshaving organic pathology of uterus,carcinoma of endometrium,PID etc Hb Using OCPs or IUCD having excessive menses
