Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA physical status 1 and 2 Patients between 18-60 years of age of either sex Patient of cervical spine injury posted for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient’s refusal to participate Haemodynamic unstability.
