Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)middle aged healthy adults 45-60years 2)both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)any musculoskeletal disorders and diseases especially lower limbs. 2)any neurological conditions (stroke, diabetic neuropathy, parkinsons, myopathies, peripheral neuropathies, deep vein thrombosis 3)individuals who undergo training program like athletes
