Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only male cricket players will be recruited. Players in the age group between 18-25 years Players with a minimum of 2 years of experience in cricket.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of upper limb fracture. Any soft tissue injury of the shoulder joint in the last 6 months. Any major or minor surgery in recent years or in the last 6 months
