Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients ranging BMI (Body Mass Index) is more than 23 Blood Sugar level is 101-125 mg (FBST) and 140-199 mg (PPBS) Clinical features present in the patients Willing to participate in the study with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not taking any other intervention of Ayush system medicines. Patients suffering from Thyroid, Kidney Disease, Dropsy Pathological Condition
