Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed to have Irritable bowel syndrome according to ROME IV criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are already on antibiotic therapy History of prior gastric surgery/ vagotomy History of treatment with any antibiotics during the one month preceding the test Patients diagnosed with other organ failures (heart failure class IV, chronic obstructive lung diseases, chronic kidney disease, HIV, unrelated treatment history with drugs known to interfere with gastrointestinal motility (such as anticholinergics and antidepressants)to present ailment which can influence the outcome of this study Pregnancy
