Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender, age between 20-60 years k/c/o Varicose Vein With or without pain, Itching, Edema, Exudates in the ulcer Patient with adequate circulation to the leg as evidenced by a palpable pulse. Hyperpigmentaion and Eczema around the ulcer Patients willing to give specimen of blood for the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: k/c/o Diabetic ulcer k/c/o Marjolins’s Ulcer k/c/o Hansen’s disease k/c/o Osteomyelities k/c/o Gangrenous ulcer
