Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with non-structural flat foot. FADI Score less than or equal to 30 (Moderate) Individuals who can understand Hindi, English and Gujarati. Individuals who are willing to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals seeking medical or physiotherapy treatment for flatfoot, or other foot disorders including problems such as hallux rigidus and plantar fasciitis, etc. Individuals with other musculoskeletal or neuromuscular conditions. Individuals who have undergone lower limb surgery in past 6 months. Individuals with diabetic neuropathy.
